Builders, trades, engineers attend kickoff of Southern California Showcase


PLEASANT HILL, Calif. (December 16, 2006) — Pacific Housing Systems ™, LLC today announced that over 65 builders, trade partners, and engineers attended the December 13 opening of its Southern California Showcase exhibit for the WAFFLEMAT System, located at CONCO’s Fontana facility, 13052 Dahlia St. Representatives answered questions and provided the opportunity for each attendee to see up close and personal the system designed for expansive soils that now has nearly 7,000,000 sf of residential living spaced poured since 1995.

Jacob Godbey of Southwest Inspection and Testing said: “From an inspection and testing standpoint, the WAFFLEMAT is very clean. The cables are placed correctly every time, and do not hang or sluff. It makes our process much easier.”
