PLEASANT HILL, Calif. (December 1, 2006) — Pacific Housing Systems ™, LLC today announced an agreement with Suncoast Post Tension to distribute the WAFFLEMAT System, a post – tension foundation system for residential homebuilders developing projects on expansive or rocky soils, beginning in five locations in the Western US including Reno, Southern California, Las Vegas, Phoenix and Albuquerque. In addition to selling the actual WAFFLEBOX forms utilized in the foundation, Suncoast will also offer engineering and installation connected with the system.
