Firm to Provide Consulting Services for WAFFLEMAT System to Homebuilders, Engineering Firms,
Municipalities, and Installation Providers

PLEASANT HILL, CA – April 24, 2006 – Pacific Housing Systems™, Inc. today announced it has reached an agreement to team with MKM & Associates Structural Engineering of Santa Rosa, California, to provide a series of internal and external consulting services regarding the PHS WAFFLEMAT System. Initially, MKM will focus on providing consultation to homebuilders, soil and structural engineering firms, installation providers such as concrete companies, and municipalities.
