Track Record of Products Provides Basis for Offering

PLEASANT HILL, CA – April 3, 2006 – Pacific Housing Systems tm, Inc. announced today the availability of a ten year, limited warranty for both its WAFFLEMAT and Winslow Geo Anchor products. The warranty, subject to certain limitations, warrants to the original purchaser/installer that each product shall be free from material defects in parts and/or workmanship that impair the use of such for a period of ten years from the date of purchase. Tom Richards, President and CEO of Pacific Housing Systems said, “Even though the installers of our products – most likely but not exclusively concrete companies and/or individuals associated with the foundation portion of a home – will have their own warranties and accompanying insurance, our warranty will provide additional protection.”

Jim Winslow, CTO of Pacific Housing Systems noted, “The track record of both products has allowed us to provide this warranty. More than 6.5 million square feet of concrete has been poured using the WAFFLEMAT system since 1995 without one structural callback or failure, and the Winslow Geo Anchor has thousands of installed anchors during that same time period with the same results – not one callback or failure.”

In a separate but related topic, PHS also announced it has obtained a $5,000,000 general liability insurance policy administered by Jenkins Athens Insurance Services of Concord, California.
