Foundation Forming System Installed in (time-lapse) One Minute Seventeen Seconds


PLEASANT HILL, Calif. (March 5, 2008) — Pacific Housing Systems™ today announced the availability of a new time-lapse (one minute seventeen seconds) video of an installation completed two weeks ago for the first of 1,100 homes (single family detached, one story, averaging about 3,000 sf each) for which the system is being used in Mexico. The previous design required the builder to trench three feet below grade, drill a series of piers with an accompanying beam, followed by a floating slab -- four weeks cycletime total. By comparision, WAFFLEMAT took five days (notarized), about 70% less than the previous design.
